COVID UPDATE:
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, the Alberta Government and Alberta Health agencies recommend social distancing and have limitations to the congregation of groups of people. Suzukibaby is ready and willing to adhere to such measures, however, Suzukibaby cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19 and attending our classes could could increase risk of exposure and chance of contracting COVID-19. 
For our classes, we do encourage all eligible participants to be vaccinated and also wear a mask to protect the younger population from contracting the virus. 

REFERRAL PROGRAM
The greatest compliment we receive is when we have a new family register in our program 'by word of mouth'. Referrals are such an appreciation on our end that we would like to say 'thank you' to the families who have shared their experiences with others. Our referral program are for families who are already registered with us and are attending our baby program currently. 
OUR POLICY FOR THE REFERRAL PROGRAM:

• The referral program is not applicable to siblings of current families.
• The referral program is applicable to one allowed lesson of the registered semester.
• The reimbursement or waiver of the fee will follow the successful registration of the referred student, as long as they register for at least on semester of the program.
• You may refer as many families as you like, there is no limit to the number of referrals you may give to us. 

WITHDRAWALS 
There is a NO REFUND POLICY for group lessons. We do understand that life happens and unexpected events come up. In these situations Calgary Suzuki Baby will evaluate and consider a refund, this will be case by case and proper documentation will be needed to support reason(s). 

Calgary Suzuki Baby reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine classes at anytime. If this should happen, you will be given at least 2 weeks notice to transfer to another class or withdrawal from the program. If you do choose to withdrawal, you will receive a refund in the form of your original payment.
